Founded in Richmond in 1987 as Harbor Dredge & Dock, our company built its reputation through decades of dredging, dock construction, and marine work on Virginia's lakes, rivers, waterways, and the Chesapeake Bay. Today, Harbor Civil & Marine builds on that experience with expanded capabilities while maintaining the craftsmanship, reliability, and hands-on approach that have defined our company for nearly four decades.

Amelia Lake is a 100-acre lake inside the Amelia Wildlife Management Area in Amelia County, Virginia.
Harbor Civil & Marine built a new fishing pier in 2024 within this beautiful 2200+ acre property owned and managed by the Virginia Department of Wildlife Resources.
